First, take care of yourself & your family. Call Service Construction & one of our disaster relief specialists will assist you in securing temporary housing, hotel & restaurant vouchers and an emergency supply kit.

​Second, you need to call your insurance company, they will assign an adjuster to handle your claim & go over your insurance coverage. A representative from Service Construction will be on scene to asses the damage with your adjuster, assist you with a restoration plan, your personal contents prior to cleaning & repairs. No two disasters are alike and there are many variations in insurance policies and coverage. Each loss, each building, each insured has a different and specific set of needs and requirements during the restoration process. Let the restoration experts help you with all your needs.    

There are many variations in coverage for each insurance policy. In most cases, your property will be restored to its original, pre-loss condition. A detailed estimate & scope of damages will be created & reviewed prior to the restoration process being started. In some cases architectural plans, building permits & special needs are required.

COVERAGE B

Usually your insurance carrier will provide you with semi-permanent housing during the restoration process. There will be a reasonable amount of time allocated for the repairs, in some cases up to 12 months. Secondary housing is comparable or equal to your current living style, size of home, demographic area, and full furnishings, bedding and kitchen ware will be provided.
